What we will need:
2 cups confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp vegetable oil
4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
5 tbsp water
Directions:
1. In a small mixing bowl combine all the above ingredients and mix them together.
2. Whisk well, and use icing to frost your favorite cake immediately.
