What we will need:
2 ½ lbs chicken wings 1 to 1 ½ cups hot sauce 4 tbsp salted butter ½ tbsp garlic salt powder Salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Clean the chicken wings and season them with salt and pepper. 2. Fry the chicken wings in oil at 350 F until they are beautifully golden brown. 3. In a small sauce pan over low heat, melt salted butter with hot sauce and garlic powder. 4. Coat the chicken with the butter sauce and serve.
