What we will need:
3 lbs chicken wings 2 tsp cornstarch 3 tsp cold water 1/3 cup red wine vinegar 1/3 cup light soy sauce 1/3 cup sugar 3 tbsp tomato sauce
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. 2. Rinse and pat dry the chicken wings. Set aside. 3. Dissolve the cornstarch in the cold water in a small bowl. 4. In a small saucepan combine the red wine vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, and tomato
sauce, and bring to a boil. 5. Add the cornstarch mixture into the pan, keep stirring until thickened. Keep on low heat. 6. On a lightly greased baking sheet place the chicken wings and brush them generously with the sauce mixture. 7. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn the wings over, brush with the sauce one more time. 8. Bake for another 30 minutes or until the wings are well cooked.
