What we will need:
1 avocado, mashed 2 tsp lemon juice 1 tbsp light mayonnaise 4 wraps 1 cooked (or grilled) and sliced chicken breast 1 medium carrot, grated 2 ounces baby spinach Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl combine avocado, lemon juice and mayonnaise and stir. 2. For each wrap of the 4 wraps, spread with 1/4 avocado mixture, top with 1/4 chicken, carrot and spinach. 3. Roll up wrap and cut
into halves to serve.
