What we need: 6-8 pieces of upper thighs 1 tbsp Thai red curry 1 tbsp honey ½ cup skim milk 1 tbsp light soy sauce 1 tsp olive/vegetable oil 1 pinch of pepper 4-5 cloves of minced garlic 1 pinch of salt
Directions: 1. Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl. 2. Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces that have been clean thoroughly. 3. Let them soaked in the marinade for at least 1 hour. The longer,
the better. 4. At 450 F, put your chicken in a roasted pan in an oven at 425 F for 15 minutes. Then reduce the heat to 375 F for 35 minutes. 5. Served with potatoes salad or just plain steam rice.
