What we need: 3 fresh eggs 2 tbs light soy sauce 1 tiny squeeze of fresh lime/lemon juice 1 tbs vegetable oil
Directions: 1. Heat the oil in a wide pan. 2. Beat the eggs until it appears homogenous. 3. Add all the other ingredients into the egg, and mix well. 4. Once the oil looks really hot, slowly pour the egg mixture into the hot oil. 5. Flip the omelet after the mixture hardens and turns lightly brown.
Cook for just about 1 or 2 minutes then remove from pan. 6. Served with hot steam rice and some hot chili sauce.
