OPTION 1. (Requires Unzip
software)
Download the following zip file, unzip and run
setup.exe

OPTION

Download the following self extracting zip file, then run it,
keep
track of what folder the files are extracted
to.
Then go to the folder with windows explorer and double click
on setup.exe.
