Being relaxed and well rested will do wonders. Cosmetics and makeup have chemicals that have been shown to reduce fertility. Nail polish and hair dyes in particular. Quit smoking if you smoke. Smoking is a common cause of infertility. Stress will reduce your chances. Many women stop having periods under high stress conditions. It's your own body's way of deciding that it's not a good time for a baby right now. Try to find ways to reduce stress.
