What we will need:
1 1/3 cups coconut flakes 1?3 cup sugar 3 tbsp flour 2 egg whites ½ teaspoon almond extract
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl combine coconut flakes, sugar and flour. 2. Stir all dry ingredients until nicely blended. 3. Stir in egg whites and almond extract. Mix well. 4. Spoon the mixture on lightly greased baking sheets. 5. Bake at 325 F for 15 to 20 minutes.
