What we will need:

4 tbsp butter
¼ tsp cinnamon
4 bananas, cut in half lengthwise
1 cup brown sugar
4 tbsp brandy
¼ cup of rum

Directions:

1. In a pan melt butter. Then add sugar, cinnamon and brandy.
2. After the sugar has melted sauté the bananas in this butter mixture until soft.
3. Add rum and allow to heat, ignite until rum is burned out.
4. Serve the banana flambé with vanilla ice cream, best when topping with chocolate sauce.
