Chicken Red Curry

What we will need
2 cups coconut milk
2 tbsp red curry paste
1 lb chicken breast, sliced
1 cup tomatoes, wedged
cup diced pineapple
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp sugar
A pinch of salt
Directions:
1. In a pot, heat the first cup of coconut milk. After a minute, put in the red curry paste. Stir well.
2. Add the chicken pieces to the curry. When the meat is well cooked, add the second cup of coconut milk.
3. After about 5 minutes, add the tomatoes and pineapple pieces. Let it cooked for 5 more minutes.
4. Add the salt, fish sauce and sugar. Add more of the seasoning to your preferred taste.
