What we will need: 4 or 5 very ripe bananas - smashed 1/3 cup melted butter or vegetable oil ¾ cup sugar (or less) 1 egg beaten 1 tsp vanilla 1 pinch of salt 1 ½ cups of all purpose flour 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
Directions: 1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. 2. In a large bowl use a big spoon to mix the smashed banana with melted butter or oil. 3. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla 4. Then add salt and mix
well. 5. Put in the flour. 6. Add the optional nut last and blend well. 7. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan. 8. Bake for 55 minutes.
